Shipment Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or all major holidays. If package is delayed or lost in transit, customer is responsible to contact the shipping carrier themselves and follow up regarding their package. If the items/package is lost or stolen, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customer is responsible to call and file/open a claim directly with shipping carrier. Please allow an additional 3-5 business day window during holidays and major events. Any shipping fees connected with international shipping are the customers responsibility to cover. We are not responsible for covering any fees related to packages checked or inspected by customs department for Canada or any other out of the country shipments.
Luxury LED Nail Polish Racks
If you placed an order via Shop Pay Installments, payments must be completed before goods can be shipped out. Goods will be shipped out the next business day after successfully completing all Shop Pay Installments. Our Luxury LED Nail Polish Racks have a turnaround time of 2-3 weeks before goods can be shipped out. Our Nail Polish Racks are hand made and on occasion may take up to 4 weeks to process.
Please inspect your order upon reception, if goods are damaged or for damaged during the shipping process, you are responsible for contacting the delivery carrier USPS/UPS/FEDEX and opening a claim with them directly. We inspected all items prior to shipping to make sure all functionality of products. We are not liable for damages during the shipping process.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation via email, once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). It takes 24 hours for any tracking information to be updated.
Damaged or Lost and Stolen Packages: Jess Nailed it is not liable for any lost or stolen packages during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly and file a claim.
