Refund policy

We do not accept any returns or refunds at this time. All sales are final sale. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception if goods are damaged or for damaged during the shipping process, you are responsible for contacting the delivery carrier USPS/UPS/FEDEX and opening a claim with them directly. We inspected all items prior to shipping to make sure all functionality of products. We are not liable for damages or lost packages during the shipping process. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Class Registrations: ALL CLASS REGISTRATIONS FOR ANY ONLINE OR IN-PERSON CLASS IS NON-REFUDNABLE. You are responsible to read through our polices before registering for any course. When you checkout, you are required to check and agree with our polices before completing your purchase. As stated in the body description of the class you are registering for. Please note, that you may only reschedule an "in-person class" with a 72-hour notice and a $50 rescheduling fee that goes towards your remaining balance. You must contact us via phone (818)383-3201 or via email at jessnaileditinfo@gmail.com to reschedule your class. Which is (3) working business days, weekends/holidays are exempt prior to your attended class date. If you reschedule a second time, a 50% payment of the remaining balance is due to reschedule a second time. The rescheduling fees or partial payments go towards your remaining balance and will not be lost. Any payments towards your class are forfeited if you are a "no call no show" or are unable to attend for whatever reason. Your registration payment is forfeited if you cancel your class and cannot attend. As we have a “non-refundable” policy for all class registrations in-person or online. The registration fee will be forfeited if you cannot attend or reschedule your class and you will lose your seat in the class. If you decide to attend the class again and it’s been longer than 3 months, you are required to pay a new registration.

Luxury LED Nail Polish Racks 

All orders of Nail Polish Racks are final sale and are non-refundable. If you placed an order via Shop Pay Installments, payments must be completed before goods can be shipped out. Goods will be shipped out the next business day after successfully completing all Shop Pay Installments.
